In between all the excitement here in China and Vietnam, the days are ticking by for our big event in the UK this Christmas. The award-wining play, Skellig, will be staged at the Bloomsbury Theatre in London as a benefit for Animals Asia. 

I can't wait to be there – joining our Patron, Virginia McKenna OBE and BBC “Floggit” presenter Paul Martin for this thrilling performance so generously donated by the Birmingham Stage Company with all proceeds going directly to the bears. 

We have some wonderful auction prizes too – including some special Christmas-edition bear paw prints of our latest arrival in China – little cub “Jingle Bear” – who miraculously escaped from a farm.
